After more than 4 weeks after a positive test for SARS-CoV-2(RTPCR / Rapid antigen test/ IgM antibodies against SARS-CoV-2) AND
Reports complaints dating back to COVID-19 illness
The cases will be included in 3 parallel study sets:
Repeat testing has been done at least 10 days after the first test and the patient has been identified to be positive for SARS-CoV-2 antigens;
Repeat testing at least 10 days after the first test has been done and the patient has been identified to be negative for SARS-CoV-2 antigens;
No repeat antigen testing has been done
Oxygen saturation SPO2below 95% in room air;
Pre-existing pulmonary conditions such as bronchial asthma, COPD, etc. ;
Patients on regular bronchodilators, or respiratory medicines through inhaler or nebulizer (self reported treatment history);
Suffering from chronic life-threatening condition(s) requiring repeated hospitalizations / tertiary care treatments such as pre-existing malignancy, chronic renal failure, chronic liver failure, uncontrolled diabetes or uncontrolled Hypertension or any other complaint as per the discretion of the treating physician which may jeopardize patient participation in the study; patients on steroids during last 03 months
