Inclusion Criteria
Older Adults of 60 to 80 years of age with high risk of fall, time up and go test score >13.5 seconds
Both males and females
All subjects should be mobile (not dependent on mobile aids) and will be able to stand ( >1minute) and walk (.10meters) without any assistance.
Exclusion Criteria
Neurological conditions
Uncorrected vision
High level of physical functioning
Cognitive imparment
Recent surgery
Recurrent dizziness
