INCLUSION CRITERIA2
1)Normal healthy individuals having hamstring tightness with Active knee extension (Popliteal angle) more than 125.
2)Age group between 18 to 26 year.
3)Gender: both male and female.
4)Willingness of the subjects to participate in the study (informed consent signature).
5)Unilateral or bilateral short hamstring syndrome.
-Individuals with history of neck trauma [whiplash injury].
-Individuals with herniated disc, lumbar protrusion, cervical ligament instability.
-Individuals with vertebra basilar artery syndrome.
-History of trauma or fracture of affected lower limb.
