1.Male aged 22 to 50 years;
2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of asthenospermia;
3.It conforms to the classification standard of kidney yang deficiency syndrome in TCM syndrome differentiation;
4.Patients signed informed consent and participate voluntarily.
1.Reproductive system infection, congenital malformation, varicocele degree II or above;
2.Patients who take drugs that hinder spermatogenesis and sperm motility, such as sulfonamides and anti-tumor;
3.Patients with severe mental diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
4.Patients with skin damage at acupoints.
