Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. HIV antibody (\+) was confirmed by Western Blot.
- •2\. Met the diagnostic criteria for insomnia of the American psychiatric association (APA), and 8 points insomnia severity index score;
- •3\. Aged 18\-70 years;
- •4\. Subjects will voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Suffering from mental disorders, including severe schizophrenia, depression, etc.;
- •2\. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases;
- •3\. Alcohol abusers or drug addicts;
- •4\. Anemia (HB\<8\.0g/dl), platelet count \<60000/ul and neutrophil count \<1000/ul;
- •5\. Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing for pregnancy;
- •6\. Patients in the auricular point group and the simulation group were given sedative and hypnotic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs within nearly 2 weeks. In the estazolam group, other sedative and sleeping pills except estazolam tablets were taken in the past 2 weeks.
- •7\. The subject fails to return visit or visit on time and has poor compliance.
