Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. HIV antibody (\+) was confirmed by Western Blot.
  • 2\. Met the diagnostic criteria for insomnia of the American psychiatric association (APA), and 8 points insomnia severity index score;
  • 3\. Aged 18\-70 years;
  • 4\. Subjects will voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Suffering from mental disorders, including severe schizophrenia, depression, etc.;
  • 2\. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases;
  • 3\. Alcohol abusers or drug addicts;
  • 4\. Anemia (HB\<8\.0g/dl), platelet count \<60000/ul and neutrophil count \<1000/ul;
  • 5\. Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing for pregnancy;
  • 6\. Patients in the auricular point group and the simulation group were given sedative and hypnotic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs within nearly 2 weeks. In the estazolam group, other sedative and sleeping pills except estazolam tablets were taken in the past 2 weeks.
  • 7\. The subject fails to return visit or visit on time and has poor compliance.
