- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in the length of maxillary central incisor roots and maxillary lateral incisor roots as evaluated on digital intraoral periapical radiograph (in mm) during fixed orthodontic treatment, with and without low level laser therapyTimepoint: T0- Pre-treatment

T1- After 4 months (levelling and alignment)

T2- After 10 months (Space closure)

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in the intensity of perceived pain during fixed orthodontic treatment with and without low level laser therapy.Timepoint: After ligation of orthodontic wire.;Difference in the duration (in months) of treatment stages (levelling and alignment and first premolar extraction space closure) observed during fixed orthodontic treatment, with and without low-level laser therapyTimepoint: P1: Completion of levelling and alignment

P2: After space closure
