入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing interlocking nailing for fracture Intertrochanteric femur
- •2. Patients consenting to participate
- •3. Adult patients aged 50 years or more
- •4. Patients of both genders
- •5. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA grade I- III)
- •6. Weight 40-80 kgs
排除标准
- •1. Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2. H/O allergic reactions to local anesthetics
- •3. Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders
- •4. Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for both blocks and Spinal anesthesia
- •5. Chronic use of opioids or corticosteroids.
- •6. Uncooperative patients
