•Patient with ASA grade 1 and 2 and of age group 18 to 60 years of either sex undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia and willing to give a written and informed consent.

•1. Patients not willing to be a part of this study.
•2. Patients who are having known allergy to the study drugs.
•3. SBP <100 mmHg and HR <60/min(hemodynamic instability).
•4. Patients with history of myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy or any other neuromuscular disease.
•5. Patients with history of epilepsy/seizure disorder.
•6. Patients who are taking antihypertensive medications (hypertensive patient).
•7. Pregnant patients.
•8. Raised intracranial pressure, raised intraocular pressure, hypotension history, diabetics, neurological patients, burn patient, hyperkalemia patient, history of gastric reflux.
•9. Patients taking analgesics.
