Aged between 20-40 years old
-Not vegetarian volunteers

Exclusion Criteria

-Diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, renal disease, autoimmune diseases and psychological disorders
-Smoking more than 10 pieces/day
-Drinking alcohol more than 5 units/day
-Drinking coffee more than 2 cups/day
-Volunteers who require supplements or herbs or drugs at least 1 months before participating in this study and during the trial
