1. Subjects of either gender with age group of 25-55 years.
2. Subjects including VAS more than 3 and less than or equal to 7 and strength considering more than 3+.
3. Pain occuring to the proximal anterolateral shoulder region.
4. Subjects should achieve a minimum 100° of shoulder flexion and abduction range of motion.
5. Positive for at least three of the following tests:
a. Hawkins Kennedy test
b. Neer test
c. Painful arc sign
d. Empty can test
e. Lift off test
f. Resisted external rotation test
1. full-thickness rotator cuff tear
2. Subjects with any cervical radicular symptoms.
3. Subjects with neurological deficits of the upper limb.
4. Systemic inflammatory arthritic conditions.
5. Subjects who had undergone surgery for rotator cuff
