•1. Patients with perennial allergic rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis who meet the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis (allergen skin prick test and serum specific IgE test);
•2. The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine accords with one of the four types: deficiency of lung qi and cold, weakness of temper, deficiency of kidney yang and stagnation of lung meridian;
•3. Aged 18 to 70 years old;
•4. Patients who signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study process and met the requirements of GCP.

•1. Patients undergoing immunotherapy;
•2. Patients with asthma, Henoch Schonlein purpura and other allergic diseases; patients with nasal polyps;
•3. Patients with various infectious diseases;
•4. Patients suffering from diseases that are easy to be confused and affect the effect (such as those with common cold and upper respiratory tract infection at the same time);
•5. Patients with diseases that are easy to cause potential safety hazards (such as patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or malignant tumors, psychosis, diabetes, and patients with bleeding tendency);
•6. Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women; women who plan to be pregnant within half a year;
•7 patients who failed to sign the informed consent for the trial or participated in other clinical trials.
