1. Children diagnosed with NDD by paediatrician.
2. Children of 2 to 5years of age group.
3. Child of either gender.
4. Children having trunk impairment on Segmental Assessment of Trunk Control (SATco) scale scoring 1 to 6.
1.Fixed deformities of chest and trunk like scoliosis, kyphosis.
2.Any surgeries on trunk over last 6 months.
3.Children with hypermobile joints. E.g Ehler-danlos syndrome.
4.Recent unhealed injury to the rib cage.
5.Presence of any drainage (intercostal drainage)
6.Unwilling parents.
7.Withdrawal of the parent after commencement of the therapy.
8.Child suffering with fever.
9.Uncontrolled seizure.
10.Fixation of the spine .
