Volunteers recruited in the municipalities of João Pessoa/PB and Ponta Grossa/PR; healthy volunteers; both genders; non smokers; minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 59 years; good oral health; teeth free from carious lesions; gingival recessions and active periodontal disease in the anterior region; canines color A2 or darker according to the Vita Classical scale
Previous tooth bleaching; previous tooth sensitivity; presence of dental prosthesis; presence of orthodontic appliance; restorations in upper anterior teeth; non-carious cervical lesions; endodontic treatment in upper anterior teeth; teeth with tetracycline staining or fluorosis; visible cracks in the teeth; pregnant or breastfeeding women; habit holders parafunctional
