Inclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 18yrs
2.ASA I and II patients
3.Undergoing elective posterior cranial fossa surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Incision extending beyound the scalp block
2.Surgery extends into the supratentorial fossa
3.Pregnant women
4.History of allergy to Bupivacaine and Dexmedetomidine
5.Chronic opioids consumption patients
6.Previous history of craniotomy

Name Time Method To compare the effect of posterior scalp block versus skin infiltration with 0.25% Bupivacaine & Dexmedetomidine on hemodynamic response to craniotomy in patients undergoing elective posterior cranial fossa surgeryTimepoint: 1 Scalp block just before the surgery <br/ ><br>2 Skin infiltration just before the surgery <br/ ><br>3 Vital parameters like heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation for first 30 minutes.
