This study focused on assessing an individual’s explosive or peak power capabilities. Some widely used CMJ metrics include jump height, peak power, peak force, rate of force development, and flight time. Coaches and trainers can gain insights into the players’ physical abilities and make informed decisions about their training programs. There is not enough writing in the area of CMJ metrics or outcome-oriented metrics such as height, force, power, etc., which mainly determine the performance, neuromuscular fatigue, and return to injury of an athlete. The same goes for the absence of research in performance profiling and neuromuscular fatigue with CMJ among goalkeepers (GK), defenders (DF), midfielders (MF), and forwards (FW). The purpose of this research is to compare peak power with CMJ between different playing positions (mainly striker, midfielder, and defender) in soccer players, where sprint performance is one of the key determinants. Determining if an athlete has a force or velocity disadvantage is crucial since power, force, and velocity are vital components in sprinting performance. Similar to this, in order to improve the overall performance of soccer players, it is crucial to analyze the performance profiles of different players in different positions in soccer. There are crucial match-related skills that call for rapid, high-intensity running that is linked to more peak force and peak power production.

- •Recreationally (more than 4 hours per week and different playing position mainly striker, midfielder and defender), active soccer players MAHE students were recruited from the college soccer team.
排除标准
- •Soccer players who sustained an injury in the lower extremities in the past 6 months (if it is limiting the movement).
- •Outside MAHE Soccer Team Female Participants.
