Inclusion Criteria
a. Operations in the oral cavity and oropharynx that are not tracheotomies
b. Patient consent to the study
Exclusion Criteria
a. Absence of consent to the study by the patient or a legal guardian.
b. Intraoperative tracheostomy
c. Procedures with airway/pharyngeal anatomy already narrowed preoperatively.
