Inclusion Criteria

1. Caregivers of patients, who met ICD criteria for schizophrenia and with illness duration of at least 6 months, both gender.

2. Caregivers of patients between 18 to 60 years and had been taking care of the patient for at least for last six months

3. Caregivers of patients with schizophrenia who are reportedly stable emotionally and intellectually will be screened using M. I. N. I screen

4. They should be the primary caregiver of the patient and able to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1. Caregivers with psychiatric illness, mental retardation, physical disability, drug dependence, and co-morbid psychiatric disorder which might interfere with the care of patients.

2. Caregivers of patients with schizophrenia who are health professionals
