- •Pregnant women with gestational age 39 weeks
- •Primigravida
- •Between 18 - 40 years old
- •Singletone pregnancy
- •Normal fetal heart rate
- •Cephalic presentation (Vertex)
- •AFI equal or more than 5 cm
- •No history of medical or midwifery disorders
- •Bishop score less than 8
- •Reactive NST
- •Without uterine contractions
排除标准
- •Sensitivity to PGs
- •Uterin wall scar
- •Preeclampsia or blood pressure more than 140/90 mmhg
- •Vaginal Bleeding
