Inclusion Criteria
ASA PS: 1 and 2
patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery
Exclusion Criteria
haemodynamically unstable patients,
polytrauma,
emergency lower limb surgery,
contraindication to tourniquet use: sepsis, cellulitis of affected limb, sickle cell anaemia, severe crush injury,h/o DVT and pulmonary embolism,
pregnancy,
patients not consenting for the study.
