入排标准
- 年龄范围
- 18 至 45（—）
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1）年龄：18 ~ 45 周岁（包括边界值）；
- •2）性别：男性或女性；
- •3）体重：男性体重≥50kg，女性体重≥45kg，且体重指数[BMI=体重（kg）/身高 2（m2）]在 19.0 ~ 26.0kg/m2 范围内（含边界值）；
- •4）受试者可完全理解且自愿参加本实验，并签署知情同意书。
排除标准
- •1）未成年、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、肝肾功能严重不全者（丙氨酸氨基转移酶超出正常值上限的 8-10 倍，血清肌酐为 186—442umol/L）。
- •2）既往有肿瘤、手术病史；
- •3）经研究者判断不适合作为研究对象的其他情况
