入选标准
- •Patients with locally advanced and metastatic breast cancer (Stage III or IV) that will undergo chemotherapy for at least 3 months; Patients who accept ketogenic diet for 3 months; Between 18 -75 years old; BMI between 18.5 - 35.5; Karnofsky Performance Score more than 70%
排除标准
- •Type I diabetes under Insulin therapy; Patients with liver, kidney or cardiac disease; Congenital metabolic disorders that impair Ketogenic diet such as Gluconeogenesis defect; Pregnancy
