Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Meet the diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome;
- •(2\) Aged 18\-40 years;
- •(3\) Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who have lived in Shaanxi area for 1 year or more;
- •(4\) Patients with normal mentality, clear speech and cooperative behavior;
- •(5\) Those who agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Pregnant or lactating women;
- •(2\) May suffer from related diseases that cause increased androgen, such as congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen\-secreting tumors;
- •(3\) Combined endocrine diseases such as pituitary or thyroid diseases;
- •(4\) Combined suffering from serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs;
- •(5\) Those who suffer from serious mental and psychological diseases;
- •(6\) Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
