Old adults, age 65 years and older, with low mobility and a SPPB score of 6-9;Healthy young adults, age 20-25
- Cardiovascular disorders that causes risk with exercise.
- High bloodpressure that is uncontrolled by medication (>180/115)
- Previous stroke
- Parkinson disease,
- Alzheimer or other forms of dementia
- Any type of Cancer that is currently been treated or has been treated within 3 months before participation to the study
- Pulmonary pathologies that cause risks with exercise(severe asthma, chronic bronchitis)
- Musculoskeletal disorders that disables a person from normal walking
- Joint replacements in the lower extremity
- Severe diabetes involving neuropathy
- Visual impairments that disables normal mobility
- Smoking, or smoked within one year before participation to the study
- BMI higher than 30 kg/m2.
