Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Old adults, age 65 years and older, with low mobility and a SPPB score of 6\-9;Healthy young adults, age 20\-25
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Cardiovascular disorders that causes risk with exercise.
- •\- High bloodpressure that is uncontrolled by medication (\>180/115\)
- •\- Previous stroke
- •\- Parkinson disease,
- •\- Alzheimer or other forms of dementia
- •\- Any type of Cancer that is currently been treated or has been treated within 3 months before participation to the study
- •\- Pulmonary pathologies that cause risks with exercise(severe asthma, chronic bronchitis)
- •\- Musculoskeletal disorders that disables a person from normal walking
- •\- Joint replacements in the lower extremity
- •\- Severe diabetes involving neuropathy
