1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases revised at the fourth national cerebrovascular disease academic conference of Chinese Medical Association in 1995.
2. Patients with pseudobulbar palsy according to neurology.
3. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or infarction should be confirmed by CT / MRI.
4. Patients with stable vital signs and clear mind.
5. Patients younger than or equal to 90 years old.
6. The patients with swallowing dysfunction in different degrees were found by preliminary screening of Wa Tian drinking water test.
1. Patients with dysphagia not caused by stroke.
2. Patients with major organ failure.
3. Stroke patients in critical condition.
4. Patients with neck local lesions, such as: thyroid disease, local ulcer, etc..
5. Patients with unstable blood pressure control (e.g. > 180 / 120mmhg) can only be included after blood pressure is stable (< 160 / 100mm Hg).
