Inclusion Criteria

Aged 60 years and older from local neighborhoods (households)
giving written informed consent
Without any cognitive disability based on Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT_10)
Not receiving any assistance from others
Older adults who live alone at home

Exclusion Criteria

Being reluctant to continue study procedures.
Being deaf and/or blind (who will be referred to related support centers, in the case of not being supported by the Iranian welfare organization)
Participating in another healthcare intervention during the previous 12 months

oneliness ( if the score is higher, the feeling of loneliness is increased and the score of loneliness is lower, the loneliness is increased). Timepoint: baseline, immediately after the intervention, three and six months after intervention. Method of measurement: UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3).
