入选标准
- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and II aged between 18 to 60 years scheduled to undergo
- •laparoscopic abdominal surgeries of maximum 3 hours duration under Total Intravenous Anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.History of psychiatric illness and hearing impairment.
- •3.History of opioid and alcohol addiction
- •4.If patient is not extubated and is shifted being intubated.
- •5.Preoperative hypotension (Mean arterial blood pressure < 50 mmHg), preoperative bradycardia (Heart rate < 45 beats/min) and preoperative dysrhythmia.
