Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and II aged between 18 to 60 years scheduled to undergo
  • •laparoscopic abdominal surgeries of maximum 3 hours duration under Total Intravenous Anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.History of psychiatric illness and hearing impairment.
  • •3\.History of opioid and alcohol addiction
  • •4\.If patient is not extubated and is shifted being intubated.
  • •5\.Preoperative hypotension (Mean arterial blood pressure \< 50 mmHg), preoperative bradycardia (Heart rate \< 45 beats/min) and preoperative dysrhythmia.
