Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and II aged between 18 to 60 years scheduled to undergo
- •laparoscopic abdominal surgeries of maximum 3 hours duration under Total Intravenous Anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.History of psychiatric illness and hearing impairment.
- •3\.History of opioid and alcohol addiction
- •4\.If patient is not extubated and is shifted being intubated.
- •5\.Preoperative hypotension (Mean arterial blood pressure \< 50 mmHg), preoperative bradycardia (Heart rate \< 45 beats/min) and preoperative dysrhythmia.
