Inclusion Criteria
- •Eighth grade girl's students
- •They are studying in governmental high schools in Shiraz.
- •Students tend to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to cooperate
- •Not attending in the training sessions more than 2 sessions
- •Not attending in the post\-test
- •Exit from the study due to a transfer of students from the school, leave the school or immigration from Shiraz.
