Inclusion Criteria
- •? Adults over 19 years of age
- •? 1\) Brain lesion disorder group 2\) Spinal cord injury disorder group 3\) Kidney disorder group
- •? A person who can read and understand the instructions of the researcher
- •? Those who understand the purpose of the research and agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Those who have not completed the consent form
- •? A person who has a negative (medical) effect on the body due to physical activity
- •? A person with a clear disease that can cause muscle weakness due to a central nervous system abnormality other than spinal cord injury
- •? Patients with severe spasticity with a MAS score of 3 or higher
- •? Patients with limited ability to sit in a wheelchair or chair for more than 30 minutes
- •? Patients with severe shoulder pain
- •? Patients whose ROM movement is limited by more than 50%
- •? Pregnant women
- •? Patients with pressure sores
- •? Patient with acute periarticular ossification
