Inclusion Criteria
Age – >18 years
- ASA PS – I & II
- Surgeries lasting for 3 hours or less
Exclusion Criteria
1.Anticipated difficult airway
2.Risk of aspiration (full stomach, GERD, hiatus hernia, pregnancy),
3.BMI > 30 kg/m2
4.Surgery requiring lateral or prone position
5.Airway obstruction below larynx
6.Patients requiring postoperative ventilation
7.Laparoscopic surgeries
