Inclusion Criteria
1. ACL deficient individuals regardless of grade of tear
2. Individuals with isolated anterior cruciate ligament tear.
3. Young individuals of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previously operated upon the same knee.
2. Previously infective/malignant pathology in the same knee.
3. No concomitant injury to posterior cruciate ligament or any other structures apart from anterior cruciate ligament.
4. Skeletally immature.
5. Unwillingness to participate in study.

Name Time Method Evaluation of meniscal and chondral damage in relation to duration of injury in anterior cruciate ligament deficient knee in young adult persons using diagnostic tools such as MRI and Arthroscopy to assess the same.Timepoint: Group 1- Less than 3 months <br/ ><br>Group 2- 3 to 6 months <br/ ><br>Group 3- 6 to 12 months <br/ ><br>Group 4- More than 12 months

Name Time Method 1. To evaluate the accuracy and difference between MRI and arthroscopic findings in order to assess the meniscal and chondral damage. <br/ ><br>2. To study the relationship between meniscal and chondral damage in ACL deficient knee and specific sports.Timepoint: Group 1- Less than 3 months <br/ ><br>Group 2- 3 to 6 months <br/ ><br>Group 3- 6 to 12 months <br/ ><br>Group 4- More than 12 months
