入选标准
- •Patients with an initial diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia; age from 1 year to 18 years.
排除标准
- •Children with clinically or microbiologically documented infection before initiation of induction or with fever before induction therapy that required prolonged antibiotic therapy (more than 5 days); history of allergy to the use of quinolones; history of chronic arthritis being treated; patients who developed febrile neutropenia within the first 7 days of induction.
