19 years of age or older
- Pregnant women who are more than 14 weeks pregnant and less than 36 weeks gestational age
- Pregnant women admitted to the hospital with the following high-risk pregnancy diagnoses (primary or secondary): preterm labor without delivery, premature rupture of membrane before the 37th week of pregnancy, incompetent internal os of cervix
- Pregnant women who are expected to be hospitalized and bed rested for more than 7 days for the purpose of maintaining the pregnancy
- Pregnant women who can install and use the app on their smartphone
- Pregnant women whose married or common-law partner is available to participate
- Pregnant women who have not experienced mindfulness in the past
- Pregnant women with no history of psychiatric disorders and not currently taking any relevant medications
- Pregnant women who fully understand the purpose of the study and give written or electronic consent to participate in the study
- Pregnant women who are in critical condition (as determined by the healthcare provider) or expected to have an emergency delivery
- Pregnant women exposed to significant stress during the study period
- Pregnant women who have been discharged from the hospital or delivered prior to the first follow-up
- Pregnant women whose married or common-law partner refuses to participate
- Immigrant or foreign-born pregnant women
- Pregnant women whose spouse is a foreigner
- Pregnant women who have difficulty reading and writing Korean
