Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy community dwelling older adults
- •2\. Subjects of both genders
- •3\. Age 60 to 75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects with known neurological balance and coordination issues
- •2\. Subjects with musculoskeletal injury or abnormality of spine or lower limb
- •3\. Subjects with any neuropathy and chronic diabetes mellitus
