Inclusion Criteria
- Adults > 18 years old
- Post cardiac arrest patients with successful return of spontaneous circulation
- unconsciousness (Glasgow Coma Scores < 8)
Exclusion Criteria
- No informed consent from next of kins
- Palliative care patients
- Unconscious patients or vegetative patients before cardiac arrest
- Need thiamine treatments by physician
