- •1. Over 18 years of age
- •2. Undergo laparoscopic total hysterectomy at the gynecological surgery unit. Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Section, Nursing Department Siriraj Hospital Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University
排除标准
- •1. Have a history of allergy to other drugs or compounds listed on the drug label of 10% povidone-iodine solution or Chlorhexidine gluconate.
- •2. Having a congenital disease which is a contraindication to taking the drug povidone-iodine solution or Chlorhexidine gluconate
- •3. Having underlying disease or receiving drugs that affect the blood coagulation system such as ITP, receiving Aspirin, Heparin, Warfarin or Enoxaparin, etc.
- •4. Adjacent organs injury during hysterectomy
- •5. Patients with underlying disease with low immunity, such as after organ transplantation, SLE, or rheumatoid arthritis requiring immunosuppressants or steroids of any size, or any HIV status disease.
