Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 40 years or more and , 2. undergoing colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening or, 3. undergoing colonoscopy for any gastrointestinal symptoms
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of colorectal cancer
2. Previous colonic resection, known colonic stricture
3. Inflammatory bowel diseses
4. Familial polyposis syndrome
5. Refusal to consent to the study
