Inclusion Criteria
- AD met the diagnostic criteria of Braunwald Cardiology, and was clearly diagnosed as Stanford type B aortic dissection according to clinical manifestations, cardiac ultrasound and computed tomography (CT) angiography (CTA);<br>2. The patient had normal thinking and verbal communication ability before surgery; <br>3. Patients had stable postoperative vital signs and informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders or mental diseases; <br>2. The patients died in hospital due to the failure of follow-up due to half-way transfer or incomplete postoperative clinical data.
