Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1. Primary teeth with non-vital pulps and apical periodontitis after clinical & radiographic confirmation.
  • •2. A negative response to hot and cold pulp sensitivity tests.
  • •3. The presence of enough coronal tooth structure for rubber dam isolation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patients with underlying systemic conditions and special health care needs.
  • •2. Patients giving a positive history of antibiotic use within the past month.
  • •3. Teeth that are previously endodontically treated.
