•subjects will be included after assessing Arogya Linga
•Subjects of age group between 21 to 40 years will be included irrespective of their gender, religion, socio\-economical status.
•Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and who are willing to give written informed consent

排除标准

•Individual suffering from any systemic diseases History of recent surgery
•. History of recent fractures
•During menstruation
•Pregnant and Lactating women
•Subjects under long term medications like NSAIDS, anti\-histamines, etc
•Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study
