Inclusion Criteria
Inborn preterm neonates (gestational age <37 weeks) requiring positive pressure ventilation in delivery room.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Major congenital anomalies
2. Inability to attain parental consent
3. Parental decision - not to resuscitate
