Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of BPH along with lower urinary tract symptoms
Age above 40 years
Grade 1 and 2 Prostate enlargement.
Exclusion Criteria
Diagnosed case of
1. Serology positive
2. Prostate carcinoma
3. Idiopathic bladder neck obstruction
4. Renal failure
5. Prostate calculi
6. Neurogenic bladder
