入选标准
- •Axillary hyperpigmentation both side
- •Difference skin color level between axilla and periaxilla area more than 2 level
- •Fitzpatrick’s skin color type III-IV
- •Patients have received research’s information and voluntarily signed the informed consent.
排除标准
- •Any patients with systemic disease of hyperpigmentation e.g. Diabetes, Addison’s disease, Lentiginonosis syndrome (Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, Bandler syndrome, LEOPARD syndrome, Carney complex, Centrofacial lentiginosis), Acanthosis nigricans or skin diseases that correlated with abnormal hyperpigmentation e.g. Riehl melanosis, Lichen planus pigmentosus. Patients who have received heavy metals (e.g. silver), chemotherapy or anti- retroviral drugs that can cause hyperpigmentation. Pregnant or breastfeeding patient. Patients ongoing treatment with topical lightening agents e.g. vitamin C, hydroquinones and retinoids in 2 weeks prior to study or received laser treatment on axillar area 8 weeks prior to study. Patients with frozen shoulder, dermatitis which cannot be received laser treatments.
