Brief Summary

Beta-carotene levels varied among individuals and correlated with their absorption ability. Zinc levels also varied among individuals but not correlated with their pre-supplementaion levels. Anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative effects of molecular hydrogen in healthy people were not observed.
