- •1)Patients with any mild ( <1cm) to moderate (1-2cm) odontogenic pathology including cyst or tumor.
- •2)Patients with the bony defects requiring augmentation procedures for dental implant procedures.
- •3)Patients with alveolar bone defects requiring grafting in cleft lip and palate .
- •4)Patient medically fit for general or local anesthesia.

- •1)Patients with systemic disease contraindicating any invasive procedures.
- •2)Patients with root pieces and absent third molars.
- •3)Patients with endodontically treated teeth.
- •4)Patients with frank infection.
