入选标准
- •1. Novice conscripts with age 20 or above and going to trained in Novice military training
- •2. Participants have at least one of these conditions
- •- Body mass index (BMI) > 21.5 kg/m2
- •- Stress scores (DASS-21) > 12
- •- Lateral step down test score > 3
排除标准
- •1. Current symptom or history of pain within 3 months in the lower extremities.
- •2. History of fracture or surgery in lower extremities
- •3. Previous diagnosis of gout, rheumatoid arthritis or infection in lower extremities
- •4. True leg length > 1 cm.
