Brief Summary

Phase 5 is runningfrom 1 June 2020 only at contentment zones. Whilefrom 8th June 2020unlock 1 was started. During this period so many restriction were started onhuman life. So the daily routine of most ofthe people was locked or transformed. In this concern so many health challengesand changes were happened with unknowing the results of them.

 Many reviews done among participants has announced that eating habits haschanged among people during the across the country in lockdown. The survey conducted by Child Rights and You (CRY),a non-government organization working for the children, also reported increasedbond between children and their parents as they were able to spend more timetogether in doing the householdchores and watching television. Besides, 88% respondents said their children’sexposure to screens increased during the lockdown, with 45% reporting theincrease “to a great extent†and only 43% of the parents/ primary caregiverssaid they always supervised when the child wasonline.[1]

 It is time to unveil thatchanges to people’s health behaviorand wellbeing may be quite profound,and even small changes can have long term health implications. For example,continuing to smoke, eating a nutritionally poor diet, and being physicallyinactive are all health behaviors that are directly linked to cancer risk laterin life. [2]

 So there is scope of identify the health relatedproblems in our community to increase the participation of Ayurveda in apreventive manner.

  • 1.All respondents age will be 15 to 75 years who follows the rules and guidelines of Lock down.
  • 2.Respondents who are aware of health issues.
  • 3.Persons who are willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
  • 1.Respondents with traveling history in the city and out the city area.
  • 2.Respondents of emergency services.
  • 3.Patients with COVID-19 in critical condition.
