Inclusion Criteria

For husband and pregnant mother:
1.Over 18 years of age
2.Married and living together within study area
3.Do not have plan to move other province or other country within the next one year
4.Pregnant mothers in third trimester pregnancy (around 28th to 34th week gestation) with uncomplicated singleton pregnancy
5.Able to read and write Myanmar language
6.Have their own functioning mobile phones with capability of Myanmar font and Facebook application
7.Live in the area with mobile network coverage
8.Can operate mobile phones independently
9.Have own Facebook accounts and currently using
10.Provide written informed consent and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

For pregnant mother:
1.Having a multiple pregnancy
2.Presence of psychological problems or serious medical conditions diagnosed by medical doctors that might hinder breastfeeding
3.Having risk of postpartum depression with a cut-off of 10 or more assessed by Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)
4.Suffer severe complications during delivery and postpartum periods
5.HIV infected pregnant mothers who did not enroll in Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) programme

For newborn:
1.Stillbirth delivery
2.Preterm (i.e., before 37th week of pregnancy), or low birth weights
3.Newborns with birth defects (Down syndrome, cleft lip, cleft palate, tongue tie and congenital heart disease)
4.Newborns with any complications needed for hospitalization

For mother and newborn:
1.Mothers are separated with newborns, or having plan to send back the newborns to Myanmar or other country
2.Mothers or newborns expired during the study
