Normalgroup:
1.Individualswith no complaints or history ofany voice
and speech problems will be included for the study. Individuals able to
readEnglishand/or Kannadawillbeincluded.
2. Exclusion criteria: Individuals with hearing loss (aided or unaided), any
medical condition that would affect voice, speech and communication
(exampleanyrespiratory(COVIDinfection),neurologicaldeficitsetc.)will
beexcludedfromthestudy.
• Pathologicalgroup:
o Individuals with voice complaints, diagnosed with a
voice pathologyfromthereferralENToranyrelateddepartment,ableto
readEnglishand/orKannadawillbeincluded.
1.Individualswithhistoryofvoicedisorder andpresently
with no voice complaints, those undergoing any voice and speech
treatment, and having had any type of vocal fold surgery (example
medializationlaryngoplasty)willbeexcludedfromthestudy.
