1. postpartum women aged 20 to 40
2. vaginal delivery with a gestational age of 37 weeks or more
3. no abnormalities of the breast and nipple
4. no major complications such as endometritis, sepsis, or bleeding after the delivery
1. allergy to essential herbs used in the PFT
2. use of drugs that may interact with the recipe (such as phenytoin, propranolol, theophylline, and rifampicin)
3. use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, presence of clinical bleeding,
4. abnormalities in liver or kidney function
5. presence of congenital diseases such as epilepsy, asthma, chronic gastritis, GERD, and high blood pressure.
